*It is important to note that Jump 4 Joy cross country fences are mobile fences and intended as mobile training obstacles only. British Eventing and other governing bodies have rules in place that require cross country fences being used in certain competitions to be fixed or secured to the ground. Jump 4 Joy fences are portable and not designed to be fixed to the ground and are not supplied with any fixings for this purpose. However, proper fixings can be sourced elsewhere for this purpose.
As jumping over any obstacle is inherently dangerous, the onus is on the person using the jumps, to ensure they are using and setting up the jumps in a suitable manner for that particular rider and situation and adhering to any rules and regulations that may apply to the particular setting in which they are being used.
